Bud Buddy Inc., (the "Company") accepts advertising from third parties (“Advertisers”) on the Our Bud
Buddy App (the “Company App”), and the Our Bud Buddy website (the "Company Website"). Examples of advertising and sponsored content may include third party links, banners, targeted advertisement, targeted zones, promotions, and featured content. Advertisers on the Company Website and the Company App are solely responsible for the authenticity and truthfulness of their Advertisements.
The Company uses careful due diligence on all Advertisers on the Company Website and Company App to ensure all Advertisements are accurate and ethical in nature. The Company will never knowingly publish Advertisements the company believes are misleading or fraudulent.
Users of the Company App and Company Website should assume they contain Advertisements. Any misleading or fraudulent information should be reported to the Company. Clicking on an Advertisement may only link the user to sponsored content on the Company Website, Company App, or to the Advertiser’s respective website.
The Company has total and complete control over what Advertisements are approved and published on the Company Website or Company App. No Advertisement on the Company Website or Company App should be considered as a commendation, validation, or endorsement for any service(s) or product(s), advertised.
The Company will remove Prohibited Advertising. Prohibited Advertising categories include, but are not limited to:
Offensive, objectionable, deceitful, or untrustworthy content (The Company retains sole discretion in
determining what qualifies for offensive, objectionable, deceitful, or untrustworthy content).
Content that marginalizes, misrepresents, or discriminates against any individual or group based on
nationality, age, race, disability, sexual orientation, religion, gender; or any other discriminatory
content/depiction the Company deems inappropriate or illegal
Exaggerated medical statements or health claims
Advertisements that appeal to minors under the age of 21
Any type of pornography or pornographic images
The depiction or promotion of gambling
Emergency reproductions or the depiction of law enforcement practices or policies
Advertisements promoting services or products from competing business websites or apps, or
Advertisements that are used to defraud or deceive users
Any depiction of violence, weapons, firearms, explosives, or ammunition
The Company maintains the right to cancel, reject, or remove any Advertising from the Company
Website or Company App at any given time, with or without notice.
The Company retains the sole right to determine how Advertisements are displayed on the Company
Website or the Company App. Advertisements, Advertising, and Sponsored Content may appear in
search results because of keywords, topics, and meta data used by the Company.
The Company cannot guarantee Advertising will function properly or error free across differing
platforms, websites, mobile phones, or other devices capable of displaying digital media
Advertisers are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations (domestic and foreign)
that are applicable to their company’s Advertising on the Company Website or Company App.
Advertisers must include all legally required information, disclosures, documentation, and statements in their Advertising. Advertisers will comply with all current FDA regulations for Direct to Consumer
advertising. If the Company becomes aware of any Advertising that violates any legal applications or
regulations, the Company may cancel the Advertising agreement between the Advertiser and the
Company with or without notice and remove any Advertisements that are in violation from the
Company Website.
The Company maintains complete discretion in the determination and enforcement of this Advertising
and Sponsored Content Policy and reserves the right to change or alter this policy at any time.
